My sister, an avid WoW player, tells me that this guy was leading an assault on a dragon. Theres these things called "welps" which are baby dragons. "Agro" is how agressive enemies are. So what the big deal that sets the guy off is one guy got "feared" which is when you lose all control over your character.

The guy runs into the "welp cave" which causes all the welps to become aggressive so all the baby dragons come out and kill everyone.
